2019 Top Fitness Trends

January is the time when many of us look to improve our health and embark on a plan to better health and wellness.  In this regard, looking at trends can be helpful and provide some insight into popular and/or emerging health and fitness options.  NBC News recently reported on the top 2019 fitness trends and how they can be incorporated into 2019 fitness routines.     

They report that each year, the worldwide survey of fitness trends is sent to over 30,000 fitness professionals to rank exercise trends for the next year. These trends aren’t “trendy” or fads — almost all of the most popular fitness trends predicted for 2019 have earned a spot on the list in previous years. Check out the top 5 fitness trends below.
